During the pre-closing period, we will also prepare all of the necessary documents, including the Deed, Bill of Sale, Affidavit of Title, and Transfer Declarations. We will order a title commitment and a title review as necessary to determine if any encumbrances exist that must be addressed. Once everything is complete, we will put together a Closing Statement so the buyer can be aware of the closing costs.

At closing, we will remain at your side so that you fully understand the documents you are signing and to ensure that the transaction is completed properly.
